Brand Strategy Presentations

"Hey, could you pull some numbers about that social thing?"

Throughout my career, I have received this request countless times, often with limited direction and lead time. Quickly recognizing the intent of the request and identifying the most impactful data points to highlight have become second nature. By extension, this led to honing my skills in data analysis and presentation development while learning the importance of delivering digestible insights that tell a cohesive story, all while steering clear of potential sensitivities. Performance reports and strategy decks could end up anywhere between the black hole of the unread pile and the bright lights of a C-suite presentation which makes finding meaningful insights vital, one way or another.

Monthly Engagement Report

Consistently tracking results while finding strategic insights is vital to sustaining success on social. One of the ways I have done this is through monthly engagement reports that compare our present to both our past and our peers while highlighting our proudest moments. These reports contain digestible insights that indicate current performance at a glance while telling the story of how the social media product is excelling while supporting organizational goals.

Strategy Presentation For Leadership

In 2023, the Tampa Bay Rays got off to a record-breaking 13-0 start, creating massive buzz around the team. While assembling my standard monthly engagement report, I created a bonus page to highlight the strong results of maximizing on the moment. That report found its way into the hands of organizational leadership which led to a request for a quick presentation of that bonus information along with the strategies employed to reach this success. These pages are the result.

Sponsorable Assets Menu

Supporting the needs of the many aspects of the organization is a requirement of the job, and the sponsorship team is one of the most important aspects. I created and consistently updated a deck of sponsorable social media assets and corresponding benchmarks to enable the team to quickly reference in a sales environment. This led to many successful partner content initiatives that were reasonable to execute and positive for partners.

Crisis Communications Deck

Unprecedented times have occurred frequently over the last several years, and I stepped out of the social media realm to create a reference guide for organizational communications in a crisis. How long does it take to update a webpage? Who needs talking points? What information does the social team need before a post can be created? Providing answers to questions like these in advance was this project's goal.
